About the role

  • Develop global SAP S/4HANA training materials – SAP CO module
  • Create user manuals, quick reference guides, presentations, and e-learning content
  • Translate business processes and SAP system changes into clear, user-focused content
  • Work in partnership with SAP functional teams and global process owners
  • Support Change Management and adoption initiatives
  • Adapt training materials for different countries and cultural contexts
  • Ensure standardization, quality, and continuous updating of materials

Requirements

  • Advanced English (conversational proficiency)
  • Strong experience as an SAP CO Consultant
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
  • Proven experience designing and delivering SAP training
  • Ability to translate technical concepts and complex processes into accessible language
  • Experience in global projects or multicultural environments
  • Good communication skills, teaching ability, and organization
  • Experience with UAT, go-live, and post-go-live adoption support
  • Experience with Change Management methodologies
  • Participation in global SAP rollout projects
  • Knowledge of e-learning tools
