About the role

  • Develop global SAP S/4HANA training materials for the SAP SD module, including: User manuals, Quick reference guides, Presentations, and E-learning content
  • Translate business processes and SAP system changes into clear, end-user–oriented content
  • Collaborate with SAP functional teams, global process owners and key users to align content
  • Support Change Management and adoption initiatives
  • Ensure standardization, quality and continuous updates of training materials

Requirements

  • Advanced English (conversational)
  • Solid experience as an SAP SD Consultant
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
  • Proven experience creating and delivering SAP training
  • Ability to translate technical concepts and complex processes into accessible language
  • Experience in global projects or multicultural environments
  • Experience with UAT, Go-live and adoption support
  • Experience with Change Management methodologies
  • Experience in SAP global rollout projects
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools
