About the role
- Provide functional support for the SAP SD module for junior-level requests.
- Gather and understand requirements with business areas.
- Analyze and validate standard SAP SD processes.
- Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and basic fixes.
- Document solutions and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of sales and billing processes, including billing integrated with FI/MM.
- Basic knowledge of SAP SD customizing (conditions, pricing, sales orders, billing).
- Ability to support users and analyze incidents.
- Experience in SAP consulting or implementation/rollout projects (advantageous).
- Knowledge of SD integrations with other modules (MM, FI).
