About the role
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
- Remove impediments that may impact the team's performance
- Ensure the application of Scrum practices and values, promoting continuous improvement
- Support the Product Owner in defining and refining the backlog
- Monitor agile metrics and provide reports on team progress
- Foster an agile culture across the organization and engage stakeholders in the process
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and other departments
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive the evolution of agile processes
- Promote an environment of learning, innovation, and high performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
- Skilled in facilitating agile teams and resolving conflicts
- Experience using agile management tools (Azure DevOps)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt and work in dynamic environments
- Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) are a plus
- Knowledge of agile metrics (Velocity, CFD, Lead Time, Cycle Time)
