About the role
- Own and evolve how we structure and govern our ARC-related product landscape
- Lead the governance, documentation, and continuous evolution of the ARC framework
- Support ARC leaders in managing scope, priorities, and cross-functional impacts
- Act as the bridge between Sales and Product to ensure clear communication and ownership paths related to ARC offerings
- Maintain accurate product-to-ARC mappings and ensure they are understood across the company
- Drive alignment across product groups where ARCs share components, dependencies, or customer impact
- Ensure customer needs raised by Sales, such as alarm handling, SOS flows, or operational requirements, are efficiently routed to the right product organisations
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role, within complex, operational, or safety-critical product environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and commercial stakeholders
- A solid understanding of interconnected product ecosystems, integrations, and cross-team dependencies
- A proven ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving domains
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a strong drive to create alignment.
