About the role

  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees of Addition Wealth’s partner companies to provide education on a range of personal finance topics (e.g., stock options, real estate, estate planning, retirement, assurance vie (life insurance), budgeting, debt management, etc.)
  • Contribute to content creation, program development and product initiatives for the company
  • Partner with Addition Wealth’s leadership team to develop frameworks for scaling and expansion

Requirements

  • Hold one or more active professional designations such as CFP® (Certified Financial Planner), CGPC certification, or European Financial Advisor® (EQF 4, EQF 5, or EQF 6)
  • Be in good standing with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF)
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
