Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end management of influencer campaigns: client consulting to understand and meet client needs, develop strategy, and select appropriate channels
Development of campaign concepts
Identification, outreach, negotiation, and contracting of suitable influencers
Campaign management: coordination and communication with clients and influencers
Campaign reporting, including presenting results and successes to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BWL), Media & Communications, or a related field, with relevant professional experience in social media and influencer marketing
Strong affinity for and enthusiasm about social media communication, with a keen interest in social and digital media trends and channels
Excellent copywriting skills, content creation ability, and persuasive communication, with experience managing client relationships, influencers, and campaigns
Creativity, analytical thinking, and numeracy combined with an open, outgoing, and communicative personality
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, and solid MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
