Business Development Representative
AddeparBusiness Development Representative generating new business opportunities and building Addepar’s pipeline across Southeast Asia and the APAC wealth and investment management ecosystem. Role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across the Singapore and APAC region
- Create, manage, and prioritize a targeted list of strategic accounts aligned with our commercial strategy
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations and engage key stakeholders in private banks, family offices, RIAs, and investment management firms
- Build and maintain account intelligence: perform research, add contacts, track activity, and collaborate on territory planning with Account Executives
- Help shape outbound messaging, regional campaign strategies, and prospecting tactics that resonate in local markets
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities passed to the Sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Strong interest in wealth management, private capital, or investment technology, prior exposure is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident, polished, and professional presence
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Japanese) are a plus
