Technical Project Manager

• Lead technical projects related to system decommissioning, infrastructure upgrades, and application/data migrations.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate dependencies across infrastructure, application, security, data, and vendors.
• Maintain structured project documentation aligned with IT and security standards.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations with knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Collaborate with business owners, IT leads, and external vendors to align objectives and plans.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure transparent communication of risks, blockers, and issues.
• Manage vendor deliverables and contractual commitments.
• Provide regular project status reports to steering groups and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and manage cutover and rollback plans for critical activities.
• Coordinate UAT, post-migration validation, and hypercare activities.
• Support stakeholders with change management and communication.
