Testing new and existing application features from an end-to-end user and business perspective, with strong focus on UAT.
Performing UI/UX validation to ensure smooth, intuitive and user-friendly journeys across web and mobile platforms.
Writing, maintaining and executing clear, well-structured test cases based on user stories, acceptance criteria and real business flows.
Participating in Agile ceremonies (refinements, planning, reviews, retrospectives) and supporting continuous improvement.
Using JIRA to work with Epics, Stories, defects and test execution.
Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validating that delivered solutions meet real user expectations.
Managing the defect lifecycle: reporting, retesting, verifying fixes and constructively discussing discrepancies.
Assisting in preparing test plans outlining scope, timelines, priorities and testing approach.
Cooperating closely with Product, Project, Development and QA teams to ensure smooth information flow.
Executing scenario-based, exploratory and regression testing.
(Nice to have) Participating in mobile application testing (iOS / Android), including usability and basic compatibility checks.

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in QA, UAT or software testing roles.
Hands-on experience with UAT and UI/UX testing, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Awareness or practical experience with financial, transactional or data-driven systems.
Solid understanding of Agile methodology and how it differs from Waterfall.
Good working knowledge of JIRA (Epics, Stories, test execution and defect workflows).
Ability to create clear, structured test cases and scenarios from requirements.
Strong understanding of test execution processes and defect management.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with multiple teams.
(Strong advantage) Experience with mobile testing and real-device testing.
