Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Paid Social accounts for multiple brands
- Manage 6- to 7-figure advertising budgets
- Focus on performance across the entire funnel
- Develop data-driven strategies to scale revenue, ROAS and other KPIs
- Design, manage and optimize campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Analyze campaign, funnel and online shop data
- Create reports using tools such as DatAds
- Work closely with clients and advise them on performance and e-commerce topics
- Develop hypothesis-driven briefings with the Creative team
- Continuously test and scale approaches and evolve existing strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in performance marketing (Meta & TikTok)
- Experience managing 6- to 7-figure Paid Social budgets
- Planning, managing and scaling campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and ideally TikTok
- Highly data-driven: tracking, attribution, KPI analysis and reporting
- Familiar with common analytics tools and attribution models
- Understanding of the impact of creatives in a performance context
- Ability to combine technical knowledge with analytical thinking
