About the role

  • Perform full bank reconciliations (PIX, TED, boletos, refunds/chargebacks, fees, acquirers/payment processors)
  • Conduct regular accounts receivable audits by cross-referencing internal systems, bank statements, and card terminal reports
  • Audit zeroed sales, complimentary items/gifts, and system changes
  • Identify sales recorded below standard pricing and determine root causes of deviations
  • Analyze sales mix and margin by procedure
  • Prepare and analyze unit income statements (DREs)
  • Interpret financial and commercial performance indicators
  • Investigate root causes of inconsistencies
  • Propose data-driven corrective actions
  • Develop financial and operational performance metrics/KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial reconciliations
  • Hands-on experience auditing accounts receivable
  • Experience working with bank statements and acquirers/payment processors
  • Intermediate Excel (minimum)
  • Basic knowledge of financial mathematics
  • Familiarity with internal controls and financial workflows
