About the role
- Develop, implement, and maintain mainframe security procedures using CA Top Secret
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of mainframe environment
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and system programmers to enhance security controls
- Implement and maintain tooling using JCL, Python, REXX
- Troubleshoot access/security issues and provide resolutions
- Perform reporting, data analysis, and audit support for ITSM functions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes and standards
- Support security for new products and applications
- Participate in on-call rotational 24x7 support
- Hybrid role requiring onsite presence every business day every other week at Client offices in Westlake, TX or Merrimack, NH
Requirements
- Strong experience with CA Top Secret security management on z/OS
- Proficiency with JCL, Python, REXX scripting/coding
- Experience with mainframe security procedures and compliance processes
- Familiarity with CA Compliance Manager, CA Cleanup, and related tools
- Cross-platform technical knowledge (MVS, Linux, Unix)
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and troubleshooting in enterprise environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to participate in on-call rotational 24x7 support
