Requirements

  • Proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environments
  • Exceptional communication abilities; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to skeptical audiences
  • You're a systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords and quick fixes
  • You're comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing for meaningful change in the face of resistance
  • You maintain composure and effectiveness when facing tough stakeholders
  • Proven experience in high-accountability and fast-paced environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, process improvement)
  • Experience in Lean or OKR consulting and in delivering results and real impact are a must
  • A heart for teamwork, collective mindset and someone who prioritizes the we over the me
  • Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory: You will interact with native and bilingual executives in a professional environment
  • French and German will be highly valued
  • You are based in Spain or you will in a short time
