About the role
- Create accurate sales budgets, proposals, RFIs, and other pre-sales materials quickly and efficiently.
- Lead the RFI process by gathering, and coordinating responses.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data, Project Managers, Finance and Legal teams.
- Create and maintain proposals through the final Statement of Work (SOW), and track all versions of budgets, proposals, and contracts from project start to final signature.
- Use Salesforce to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Utilize CRM to ensure all information up to date for RFPs and RFIs.
- Maintain Q&A pair content library in RFI platform.
- Prepare sales support presentations, as needed.
- Organize and manage sales documents and collateral.
- Look for ways to improve sales processes and help implement new solutions.
- Support the sales team in meeting quarterly goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, finance, healthcare administration, community health education and promotion, marketing or sales.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic understanding of the US and global clinical trial landscape
- Basic understanding of the sales cycle and contracting process
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) for RFP/RFI management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, digital health, or a CRO environment (preferred)
- Experience working in sales, sales development, or sales operations (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI processes in digital health (strongly preferred)
- Ability to work well with cross-functional and global teams
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating in teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meetings, and deadlines at the same time
- Clear and effective communication skills
