Key responsibilities & impact

Operate and further develop our system landscape with a focus on Windows administration
OS and software deployment and patch management for Windows clients
Ensure backup and recovery processes
Support Windows applications, analyze and resolve incidents
Contribute to the development of IT security policies
Set up and manage our telecommunications environment
Install and administer the client environment, including on-site support
Provide user support for software and hardware issues and deliver user training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d), a degree in Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
Practical experience in administering Windows domains and networks as well as VMware and Hyper‑V
Strong solution orientation, initiative, and ability to work independently
Enjoy working in a team
Ability to independently research issues and find solutions, coordinating with business units as needed
Fluent German and basic English skills, both written and spoken
Valid driving license and willingness to undertake occasional business trips
