About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical management of EIA projects or EIA scopes within multidisciplinary projects
- Define requirements, prepare specifications and validate technical choices
- Ensure detailed planning, coordinate stakeholders and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards
- Work closely with production, maintenance, process engineering, engineering teams and suppliers
- Carry out or supervise design studies, technical documentation and risk analyses
- Monitor schedules, costs and progress, and identify and correct deviations in a timely manner
- Participate in FAT/SAT (Factory Acceptance Tests / Site Acceptance Tests), commissioning and handover phases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation, automation or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in EIA engineering in process industries (chemical or pharmaceutical)
- Familiarity with CAN‑type specifications
- Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering, ATEX, control systems (DCS) and industrial instrumentation
- Knowledge of Swiss standards (OIBT, NIBT) and industrial QHSE standards
- Experience managing multidisciplinary projects
- Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, autonomy and a solution-oriented approach
- Very good command of French and proficiency in technical English
