- Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification

- Professional experience across phases of an automation project (proposal preparation, implementation, commissioning)
- Independent and structured working style
- Customer- and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication skills to convey automation solutions clearly
- Good written and spoken German and English
