About the role
- Planning and implementation of control systems: design and implementation of control and automation solutions for projects in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
- Low-voltage system design: sizing and documentation of wiring diagrams and low-voltage installations
- Hardware engineering: selection and sizing of hardware components for complex system requirements
- Testing of control cabinets and intrinsic safety verifications: review of control cabinet design and ensuring intrinsic safety
- Project execution & documentation: management of subprojects, preparation of technical project documentation (e.g., wiring diagrams, test reports)
- Customer support: technical support for project management and coordination with customers on site
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Electrical/Instrumentation and Control Engineering (E-/MSR), or an electrical apprenticeship with further training as a technician (m/f/d)
- Practical experience in the design and planning of control and automation systems
- Experience with CAE tools, ideally EPLAN P8
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
