About the role

  • Record and prepare outgoing invoices (Germany, non-EU countries, EU countries) for the head office and branches based on contracts and proof of services
  • Communicate with internal departments to clarify billing-related information
  • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings by providing relevant data
  • Maintain master data
  • Support our inside sales team
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on offers
  • Oversee sales controlling activities
  • Handle the complete order processing from incoming inquiry to order confirmation
  • Administrative tasks such as maintaining customer master data in our ERP and CRM systems
  • Plan and coordinate customer visits on-site and occasionally answer calls at the switchboard
  • Support our Customer Service and coordinate internal requests

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an office clerk, industrial clerk, or clerk for office management
  • You work carefully and conscientiously
  • Ideally, you already have experience in sales or billing/invoicing
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) completes your profile
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Resilient and able to work under deadline pressure
  • Self-motivated, analytical and well organized
