About the role
- Design and engineering of control systems (Siemens WinCC OA)
- Planning and execution of software maintenance
- Designing and implementing interfaces to third‑party systems
- Preparation of documentation
- Conducting user training
- Collaborating on concepts for system enhancement
- Troubleshooting and fault resolution of systems
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or a completed technical apprenticeship with relevant further training
- At least 5 years of professional experience with PLC, SCADA, or control systems
- Proficiency in high‑level programming languages such as C++, Python, Java
- Knowledge of network technologies
- Experience with databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle is desirable
- Team player with strong communication and facilitation skills
- Willingness to participate in 24/7 on‑call duty and night commissioning
