About the role

Requirements
- University degree with above-average results in Business Administration (BWL) or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Controlling/Finance
- Initial professional experience through internships, working student positions, or prior vocational training is an advantage but not required
- An affinity for commercial/financial topics combined with analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently, with a willingness to learn and high performance orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Fluent German and good English skills
