About the role
- Serve as the governance function for the project organization
- Improve and further develop the existing review process
- Select and implement a project management software
- Support the further development of existing Project Management standards
- Organize and conduct training
- Establish standards for project audits and health checks, as well as an internal reporting system
- Reconcile project KPIs with budgets, timelines and other contractual obligations
- Develop and track action plans together with the business units
- Ensure compliance with defined processes for project reviews
- Act as a partner to project managers and project controllers on projects with special requirements
Requirements
- University degree (e.g. Industrial Engineering or Business Administration) or equivalent qualification
- Project management experience desirable
- Certification in common project management standards such as PRINCE2, GPM, PMI/PMP or ITIL desirable
- Knowledge of project planning software (e.g. MS Project) desirable
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Independent, goal- and results-oriented, and structured working style
