About the role

  • Serve as the governance function for the project organization
  • Improve and further develop the existing review process
  • Select and implement a project management software
  • Support the further development of existing Project Management standards
  • Organize and conduct training
  • Establish standards for project audits and health checks, as well as an internal reporting system
  • Reconcile project KPIs with budgets, timelines and other contractual obligations
  • Develop and track action plans together with the business units
  • Ensure compliance with defined processes for project reviews
  • Act as a partner to project managers and project controllers on projects with special requirements

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g. Industrial Engineering or Business Administration) or equivalent qualification
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Certification in common project management standards such as PRINCE2, GPM, PMI/PMP or ITIL desirable
  • Knowledge of project planning software (e.g. MS Project) desirable
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Independent, goal- and results-oriented, and structured working style
