Marketing

• Strategic responsibility and coordination of Actemium's marketing and communication activities within a corporate division of approximately 4,500 employees
• Strategic development of brand awareness through concepts and initiatives
• Responsibility for press and media relations, producing high-quality content across multiple channels (website, intranet, social media, newsletters, etc.)
• Coordination, leadership and development of the marketing team at the Berlin, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt locations
• Development of event concepts and organization of customer events to strengthen relationships and increase brand visibility
• Structuring internal and external communications
• Management of collaboration with external service providers and agencies
• Preparation of marketing reports including website analysis
• Budget planning, control and performance analysis of own measures
• Support for employer branding
• Close collaboration with the brand team in Paris
