About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintenance and support of clients' existing IT infrastructures
- Project management, including planning, execution and quality assurance of customer projects
- Implementation of virtualization solutions to optimize IT infrastructure
- Participation in the Managed Services team with the prospect of taking on product responsibilities
- Support and assistance as part of 3rd-level service to resolve issues and ensure IT operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in an IT profession or a degree in computer science
- Relevant professional experience in administration of networks and infrastructure solutions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Client/Server)
- Results-oriented and structured working style
- Excellent communication skills
- High willingness to travel and strong commitment
- Confident professional presence
- Motivation to become proficient in this area
