About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Achieve annual sales objectives by building a qualified pipeline, converting leads, and meeting or exceeding quota
Develop and execute strategic growth plans using data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and AI-powered tools
Partner with service teams and marketing specialists to deliver proposals and tailored solutions across multiple lines of business
Develop deep client relationships through a consultative sales approach
Use CRM and engagement platforms to personalize outreach, track interactions, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Build external networks and promote Acrisure within the community
Follow structured sales cadences across the create–convert–close–retain cycle
Collaborate with leadership on revenue forecasts, pipeline reviews, and strategic deal planning
Research industry and market trends, track competitor activity, and refine positioning
Share insights with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings, client experience, and revenue strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in a client-facing, client-advising, or business development role required
Experience in the insurance industry preferred
Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license required
Must have maintained an active insurance license for a minimum of one year
Experience with market expansion and using technology to enter new markets or enhance sales efforts
Proven track record of obtaining new clients and/or new revenue growth in the industry
Demonstrated technology skills, including experience using CRM and AI applications
Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
