About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform and manage all activities related to the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring accurate records and timely collection of company payments.
- Daily monitoring and reconciliation of receipts (including D-1 analysis).
- Post payments and access and import bank statements and data from insurance operators/providers.
- Upload documents and analyze inconsistencies in operational systems (TOTVS/Quiver).
- Billing: Issue tax invoices (Nota Fiscal) via the municipal system and reconcile closing balances between the financial system and municipal records.
- Delinquency: Provide support for collections of overdue accounts.
- Generate aging reports, projected cash flow, and delinquency indicators.
- Documentation: Maintain organized filing and archiving of payment receipts and supporting documents.
- Work closely with Accounting to ensure proper classification and recognition of revenue.
- Manage and lead collection processes to ensure efficient recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Workday migration.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
- Experience in finance and/or at an insurance brokerage, with accounts receivable responsibilities.
- Technology: Intermediate Excel (Microsoft Office).
- Skills: Strong communication with a focus on negotiation and customer service.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and/or Cash Flow.
- Familiarity with Quiver, TOTVS, or other financial systems.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
