About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage complex client relationships and full account lifecycle for mid and large group clients (50+ lives)
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Client Advisors, and internal teams
- Execute strategic benefit programs, manage renewals, and deliver operational excellence across all service activities
- Own and manage the full post-sale client lifecycle
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
- Interpret plan designs, eligibility structures, and contribution strategies
- Monitor carrier discrepancies and resolve system issues
- Coordinate cross-functional service delivery with internal teams
- Support and execute renewal processes and timelines
- Lead and coordinate open enrollment meetings and communications
- Oversee client onboarding and vendor implementations
- Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners
- Proactively resolve issues and anticipate client needs
- Ensure timely communication and follow-through
- Develop presentations, guides, and employee communications
- Lead employee education sessions (virtual and onsite)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in employee benefits or insurance brokerage
- Experience with large group clients (100+ lives preferred)
- Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary products
- Life and Health license (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and benefits systems
- Strong client relationship management
- High attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
