About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage complex client relationships and full account lifecycle for mid and large group clients (50+ lives)
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Client Advisors, and internal teams
  • Execute strategic benefit programs, manage renewals, and deliver operational excellence across all service activities
  • Own and manage the full post-sale client lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
  • Interpret plan designs, eligibility structures, and contribution strategies
  • Monitor carrier discrepancies and resolve system issues
  • Coordinate cross-functional service delivery with internal teams
  • Support and execute renewal processes and timelines
  • Lead and coordinate open enrollment meetings and communications
  • Oversee client onboarding and vendor implementations
  • Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners
  • Proactively resolve issues and anticipate client needs
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-through
  • Develop presentations, guides, and employee communications
  • Lead employee education sessions (virtual and onsite)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in employee benefits or insurance brokerage
  • Experience with large group clients (100+ lives preferred)
  • Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary products
  • Life and Health license (or ability to obtain)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and benefits systems
  • Strong client relationship management
  • High attention to detail in fast-paced environments
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset
