About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to support revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking
- Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the revenue lifecycle
- Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including data hygiene, basic configuration, report creation, and user support
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to understand reporting needs and translate business questions into data insights
- Assist with revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking
- Document processes, definitions, and reporting logic to ensure consistency and scalability
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Help identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and data quality across revenue systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in an analytics, operations, or revenue-focused role (internships or relevant project experience considered)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboards (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
- Experience using at least one BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau
- Basic understanding of sales and revenue concepts (pipeline, forecasting, trends, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
