About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the timely delivery of customer reports and achievement of service-level goals
  • Manage and complete assigned tasks through the company ticketing system
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, insureds, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Two years of insurance, loss control, operations, administrative support, or related experience preferred
  • Internship experience, insurance coursework, or related training may be considered in lieu of professional experience
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
