About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Management of own workload effectively prioritising activity to achieve targets and quality standards as per agreed objectives
- Build & maintain effective and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support and assist other members of the IBA team to achieve departmental objectives
- Fully investigate and resolve queries, including more complex queries, in a timely and accurate manner
- Comply and assist with the development of Group and departmental policies and procedures
- Identify and record breaches of policies and CASS 5 rules
