Senior Negotiation Consultant – Retail

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project/Study strategy: assess requests and develop a strategy according to the client's needs and available market options
- Preparation of materials (Small and Medium scope): comparisons/financial projections, provider network, redesigns, and market information (coverages/differentiators)
- Preparation of materials (Medium and Large scope): comparisons/financial projections, provider network, redesigns, and market information (coverages/differentiators)
- Internal client support: provide support and assistance to the commercial area and/or other departments that require our backing
- Participation in internal and external meetings to support commercial/executive teams
- Market follow-up: monitor ongoing proposals, ensuring established deadlines are met
- Internal process follow-up: track study/project timelines, schedule the preparation of materials, and meet internal deadlines
- Interaction/relationship with insurers/carriers: monitor products and market updates, and participate in briefings and trainings
- Support in reviewing some team materials
Requirements
