About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct in-person or virtual meetings to present solutions, products, or services tailored to the client’s or broker’s needs.
  • Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, timelines, and contracts, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Keep the CRM updated with the sales pipeline, follow up on submitted proposals, and manage relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and qualify potential brokers and clients, pursuing new business opportunities through social media (LinkedIn), networking, and events.
  • Propose new analyses, service proposals, and pricing adjustments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Organization: time management to balance operational tasks (data entry) with strategic activities (visits and meetings).
