About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct in-person or virtual meetings to present solutions, products, or services tailored to the client’s or broker’s needs.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, timelines, and contracts, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.
- Keep the CRM updated with the sales pipeline, follow up on submitted proposals, and manage relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and qualify potential brokers and clients, pursuing new business opportunities through social media (LinkedIn), networking, and events.
- Propose new analyses, service proposals, and pricing adjustments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Effective Communication: active listening and persuasive skills.
- Resilience and Proactivity: ability to handle rejection and persist in pursuing targets.
- Organization: time management to balance operational tasks (data entry) with strategic activities (visits and meetings).
