About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day project planning, coordination, and delivery
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reporting
Manage change control, risk tracking, and issue resolution
Communicate project updates clearly to sponsors and team members
Facilitate working sessions, standups, and cross team coordination
Ensure adherence to PMO templates, methodologies, and governance standards
Maintain accurate and timely project reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of project management or related delivery experience within a complex IT environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
Hands-on experience with the creation and management of large-scale projects spanning multiple departments and stakeholders
Agile and waterfall methodology experience is a plus
Experience with M&A Projects a plus
PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and strong at follow-through
Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills
Proactive in identifying risks and driving resolution
Experience working with ServiceNow Project Management Module
Expertise in Excel and Adobe Workfront
Experience with Microsoft Office365
