About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transform complex regulatory data into clear, actionable reports for executive leadership
- Streamlining processes with innovative automation solutions
- Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting that drive strategic decision-making
- Assisting the team toward delivering excellence to our stakeholders
- Ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to the long-term success of our process strategies
- Managing workload including new implementations and ongoing support of the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Providing exemplary customer service in all encounters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred in Business Administration, Operations, Legal, Accounting, or related fields - or recognized equivalent in education and experience, required
- Minimum of two years of experience managing, processing and/or consulting on data, required
- At least three years of experience in a customer service role and/or administrative role is required
- Insurance industry or fin-tech industry experience is preferred
- Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, Monday.com, and Power BI preferred
- Familiarity with automation technologies is a plus
- Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
