Transform complex regulatory data into clear, actionable reports for executive leadership
Streamlining processes with innovative automation solutions
Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting that drive strategic decision-making
Assisting the team toward delivering excellence to our stakeholders
Ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to the long-term success of our process strategies
Managing workload including new implementations and ongoing support of the organization to ensure accuracy and compliance
Providing exemplary customer service in all encounters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred in Business Administration, Operations, Legal, Accounting, or related fields - or recognized equivalent in education and experience, required
Minimum of two years of experience managing, processing and/or consulting on data, required
At least three years of experience in a customer service role and/or administrative role is required
Insurance industry or fin-tech industry experience is preferred
Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Proven experience with ServiceNow, Monday.com, and Power BI preferred
Familiarity with automation technologies is a plus
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
