About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide excellent customer service to our policyholders and prospects by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Assists clients with coverage changes
- Informs and educates clients about policy coverage and changes
- Provides technical support to Producers
- Prepares summaries of insurance and maintains client activity files
- Verifies policy and policy change information
- Processes incoming mail requests and verifies direct billed cancellations
- Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient processing of transactions
- Maintains cordial relationships with clients and co-workers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five (5) or more years Commercial Lines Account Manager experience preferred, but will consider 3+ years
- Large Construction clientele experience would be a plus
- Must have an active P&C License
- Experience using Applied Epic strongly preferred
