About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide excellent customer service to our policyholders and prospects by answering inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assists clients with coverage changes
  • Informs and educates clients about policy coverage and changes
  • Provides technical support to Producers
  • Prepares summaries of insurance and maintains client activity files
  • Verifies policy and policy change information
  • Processes incoming mail requests and verifies direct billed cancellations
  • Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient processing of transactions
  • Maintains cordial relationships with clients and co-workers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five (5) or more years Commercial Lines Account Manager experience preferred, but will consider 3+ years
  • Large Construction clientele experience would be a plus
  • Must have an active P&C License
  • Experience using Applied Epic strongly preferred
