About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to and resolve benefit-related support tickets;
- Provide operational support to local HR teams across group companies for requests and inquiries;
- Perform benefit enrollment and record updates, billing, and administrative tasks;
- Manage iFood benefit top-up requests;
- Handle billing for group companies;
- Post and reconcile invoices;
- Prepare cost allocations and consolidate financial information for HR and finance teams of each group company;
- Maintain KPI spreadsheets for client reporting;
- Monitor operational processes, ensuring deadlines are met and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in benefits customer service and billing;
- Analytical, organized, and able to work with a sense of urgency;
- Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships with internal clients;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with management and ticketing systems is a plus.
