About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Control and schedule employees' periodic medical examinations;
- Manage the preparation of area-related documentation (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, etc.);
- Prepare PPP when required;
- Organize CIPA elections;
- Monitor CIPA activities;
- Develop training related to firefighting and CIPA, as well as action plans for accident prevention;
- Maintain all documentation related to clients' SESMT;
- Perform maintenance of the medical system;
- Schedule inspections to prepare technical reports for external units;
- Develop departmental indicators;
- Track employee leaves/absences;
- File Work Accident Reports (CAT);
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel — intermediate level);
- Education: Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety (Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho);
- Familiarity with Regulatory Norms (NRs);
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the field
