About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive pre-qualified leads and manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a consultative and personalized customer journey;
- Provide consultative service and sales, conducting an in-depth diagnosis of customers’ needs;
- Identify additional opportunities within the existing client base and support active prospecting when necessary;
- Negotiate with clients and close contracts;
- Conduct meetings and visits (in-person or remote) to gather information, validate projects and present proposals;
- Participate actively in all stages of the sales process;
- Work on the analysis and development of commercial projects;
- Maintain direct relationships with clients, including managerial and executive levels;
- Read and analyze existing contracts, understanding the products, policies and coverages of client companies;
- Prepare technical and financial analyses, highlighting trends, deviations and opportunities for adjustments to control claims/loss ratios, delivering customized reports;
- Conduct negotiations with clients and suppliers to obtain the best cost-benefit conditions;
- Develop and execute results-oriented commercial strategies;
- Validate commercial studies by preparing financial models and comparative scenario analyses;
- Actively drive cross-selling and maintain relationships with the insurance industry;
- Update and maintain the CRM, ensuring proper recording of opportunities, interactions and outcomes;
- Direct clients to post-sales channels, ensuring continuity, quality and customer satisfaction in service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, Sales or related fields, preferably with experience in the healthcare sector;
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Business or related areas (desirable);
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of health and dental plan legislation and regulations, as well as ANS and SUSEP standards;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication, negotiation ability and a consultative approach.
