Key responsibilities & impact

Provide professional stewardship including annual exposure reviews ensuring clients are adequately protected
Conduct thorough assessments of a client's assets and potential risks
Provide recommendations for appropriate insurance coverage
Maintain strong relationships with clients and keep them updated on market changes
Manage the renewal process to ensure maximum retention and recognize cross sell opportunities
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing professional, timely and accurate communication
Resolve complex service or coverage related issues
Maintain complete and accurate client and policy data within the management system EPIC

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 - 7 years personal lines insurance experience; preferably working with HNW/Private clientele
Property & Casualty (P&C) License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word & Excel
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to meet deadlines
Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
