About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The FD Partner actively builds and contributes to Palantir Foundry and AIP solutions
- Lead technical design sessions and architecture decisions within the pod
- Maintain sufficient hands-on proficiency in Foundry and AIP to unblock delivery
- Contribute code, configuration, and documentation during crunch periods
- Own the end-to-end business relationship for a portfolio of Palantir use cases
- Drive alignment on use case type and documentation
- Present Go/No-Go recommendations to executive sponsors with supporting data
- Lead pod delivery and provide technical direction
- Serve as a communication bridge between business leadership and the CoE
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–10+ years of experience — ideally spanning both hands-on technical delivery and business-facing roles
- Palantir FDE or equivalent forward-deployed engineering background is highly valued
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries strongly preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related business field
- Optional: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Hands-on proficiency with Palantir Foundry: Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Ontology, Workshop, and OSDK
- Practical experience with AIP: Agent Studio, Logic, Evals, and Observability tooling
- Strong Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL skills
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, human-in-the-loop model patterns, and data science concepts as applied within the Palantir ecosystem
- Strong business acumen
