About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and prospects
Assist clients with coverage changes in an automated environment
Review entire account during each client contact
Inform and educate clients about policy coverage and changes
Provide technical support to benefit clients and achieve business goals
Manage clients' needs by producing binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items
Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals as needed for account review
Verify accuracy of policy and policy change information
Process incoming mail requests and act promptly
Verify accuracy of direct billed cancellations and take corrective action
Set priorities and manage workflow for efficient processing

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years Commercial Lines Account Manager experience, with 5+ years experience preferred
Must have an active P&C License
Experience using Applied Epic strongly preferred
Comfortable with on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
