About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and prospects by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist clients with coverage changes in an automated environment supported by an imaging system
- Inform and educate clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusion and insurance coverage needs
- Manage clients' needs by producing binders, certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items
- Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals as needed for account review
- Maintain and update electronic and client activity files
- Verify policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five (5) or more years Commercial Lines Account Manager experience preferred
- Large Construction clientele experience would be a plus
- Must have an active P&C License
- Experience using Applied Epic strongly preferred
