About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Mapping and identifying companies for prospecting.
  • Acting in the Corporate segment (selling employee benefits to companies with 100+ covered lives).
  • Negotiating with clients and closing contracts.
  • Conducting visits to prospect new clients and validate projects.
  • Active participation throughout the entire sales process.
  • Working on analysis and development of projects within the Commercial area.
  • Direct client service, maintaining relationships up to the director/executive level.
  • Reviewing existing contracts, understanding the products and policies of prospective companies.
  • Analyzing client contracts, identifying trends and deviations, and recommending financial adjustments to control claims ratios (sinistralidade) in customized reports.
  • Negotiating with clients and suppliers to secure the best cost vs. benefit conditions.
  • Developing result-oriented commercial strategies.
  • Validating commercial studies by preparing financial models and proposing new policies across various scenario compositions.
  • Active participation in cross-selling and maintaining relationships with the insurance market.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, Sales, or health-related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in management or business.
  • Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of health and dental plan legislation and regulatory bodies (ANS, SUSEP).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
