About the role
- Meetings and Presentations: Conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) to present solutions, products or services tailored to the client/broker's needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, timelines and contracts, with a focus on closing sales and meeting targets.
- Portfolio Management and CRM: Keep the CRM updated with the sales pipeline, follow up on submitted proposals and manage relationships with existing clients.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential brokers and clients, pursuing new business opportunities through social media (LinkedIn), networking and events.
- Technical Knowledge: Propose new studies, service proposals and pricing adjustments.
Requirements
- Effective Communication: Active listening and persuasive skills.
- Resilience and Proactivity: Ability to handle rejection and persistent pursuit of targets.
- Organization: Time management to balance operational tasks (data entry) with strategic activities (visits and meetings).
