About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meetings and Presentations: Conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) to present solutions, products or services tailored to the client/broker's needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, timelines and contracts, with a focus on closing sales and meeting targets.
  • Portfolio Management and CRM: Keep the CRM updated with the sales pipeline, follow up on submitted proposals and manage relationships with existing clients.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential brokers and clients, pursuing new business opportunities through social media (LinkedIn), networking and events.
  • Technical Knowledge: Propose new studies, service proposals and pricing adjustments.
