About the role
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients within the aerospace and aviation industry
- Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Serve as a trusted advisor by developing strong client relationships and understanding each organization’s risk management and insurance needs
- Present and recommend customized insurance and risk management solutions aligned with client operations
- Collaborate with internal service teams, marketing partners, and technical specialists to develop proposals and deliver solutions across multiple lines of business
- Utilize CRM platforms and internal sales tools to track opportunities, manage pipeline activity, and maintain accurate client records
- Maintain awareness of aviation industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact clients
- Represent Acrisure professionally within the aviation community and maintain strong external relationships within the industry
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role
- Strong relationship building and consultative sales skills
- Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain long term client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize pipeline activity effectively
- Experience within the insurance industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with aviation related businesses or aviation operations is preferred but not required
- Property and Casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain
- Valid pilot’s license is beneficial
