About the role
- Assume ownership of deployed solutions and maintain operational performance
- Develop lifecycle management plans, including versioning and release management
- Monitor system health using Foundry and AIP observability tools
- Drive user adoption and provide training and documentation
- Support recurring value realization measurement cycles
- Identify scalability improvements and architectural enhancements
- Support release and deployment management activities
Requirements
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry monitoring and lifecycle management
- Experience with operational tooling, release management, and dependency tracking
- Ability to evaluate AI agent performance using AIP observability tools
- Strong documentation and enablement skills
- Ability to drive organizational adoption and change management
- 2–10+ years in engineering, operations, or technical product roles
- Experience with enterprise data platforms preferred
- Experience in regulated industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
