About the role
- Process policy endorsements and updates accurately and efficiently
- Provide necessary documentation and respond promptly to agency partner inquiries
- Assist agency partners in identifying cross-selling opportunities to expand client portfolios
- Answer phones and resolve customer queries with a focus on professional and efficient communication
- Monitor and support retention efforts throughout the policy term
- Review accounts for remarketing opportunities and recommend the best options to agency partners when needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and actions taken
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with Personal Lines insurance products and processes is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years experience in personal lines Service, Sales or Underwriting
- P&C license required
