About the role

  • Manage team leaders and or client advisors, support team development and growth goals
  • Collaborate with the Director of Growth and implement comprehensive growth strategies specific to the Commercial Lines sector
  • Prospect, identify, and cultivate new client relationships within the industry
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients in the Division
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the industry
  • Execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Work with division team members to prepare property and casualty insurance submissions for new business prospects
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and human resources

Requirements

  • Active P&C license
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods
  • Experience supporting business development lifecycle
  • Can self-motivate and motivate others to achieve and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent business and people decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent insurance experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries
