About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As the lead orchestrator of HVAC projects, you manage assignments from start to finish:
- Design & studies
- Requirements analysis and specifications
- Sizing of systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
- Technical selections focused on energy performance
- Purchasing & partners
- Supplier consultation and negotiation
- Cost and schedule optimization
- Development of a reliable network of partners
- Project management
- Full site management (scheduling, budget, teams)
- Internal coordination & subcontractors
- Follow-up through handover and resolution of defects
- Compliance with standards and regulations (RE2020, DTU…)
- Implementation of QHSE requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree (2–5 years higher education) in HVAC engineering / energy
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC project management
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (plant rooms, heat pumps, air handling, etc.)
- Hydraulic and aerodynamic/system sizing
- Experience in procurement / supplier management
