About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As the lead orchestrator of HVAC projects, you manage assignments from start to finish:
Design & studies
Requirements analysis and specifications
Sizing of systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
Technical selections focused on energy performance
Purchasing & partners
Supplier consultation and negotiation
Cost and schedule optimization
Development of a reliable network of partners
Project management
Full site management (scheduling, budget, teams)
Internal coordination & subcontractors
Follow-up through handover and resolution of defects
Compliance with standards and regulations (RE2020, DTU…)
Implementation of QHSE requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree (2–5 years higher education) in HVAC engineering / energy
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC project management
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (plant rooms, heat pumps, air handling, etc.)
Hydraulic and aerodynamic/system sizing
Experience in procurement / supplier management
